Tickets and Season Passes are non-refundable. If you have accidentally purchased the wrong product, you can reach out to us at onlineticketshelp@hersheypa.com with your order number within 24 hours of your purchase and we will work to assist you.

All tickets and Season Passes expire with the expiration date indicated on the product. Tickets cannot be extended or exchanged past their expiration date. If you feel you have extenuating circumstances, please use our contact form to discuss them.

Please check spam folders and then utilize the Contact Us form and supply your order number. Or stop by any of our Ticketing or Guest Services windows on your next visit. Most online technical issues can be rectified on the day of your visit by visiting Ticketing Services.

2025 Season Passes and 2025 Hersheypark tickets expired on Jan. 4, 2026. All tickets and Season Passes expire with the expiration date indicated on the product. Tickets cannot be extended or exchanged past their expiration date. If you feel you have extenuating circumstances, please use our contact form to discuss them.

Ticketing Services is located in Hersheypark Supply Co. starting Jan. 5, 2026.  Ticketing Services is available Thursdays through Sundays from 12-5pm (closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays) for in-person assistance. The Call Center is available weekdays from 10-5pm at 717-534-3900.

ZooAmerica is included with your Hersheypark admission when entering the Zoo from the bridge inside Hersheypark during posted Park operating hours. Please note that ZooAmerica and Hersheypark hours vary. If you are interested in visiting ZooAmerica before the Park opens, you will need to purchase separate ZooAmerica tickets on ZooAmerica.com or at the ZooAmerica Admissions Building. ZooAmerica Pass Holders and 2026 Hersheypark Season Pass Holders receive unlimited, year-round visits to the Zoo.  

Guests with any 2026 ticket type may enjoy Hersheypark for free extra hours the night before their full-day visit. Your Hersheypark admission ticket will be scanned for preview.  Sweet Start allows Full Size, King Size, and Giant Size Season Pass Holders and guests of The Official Resorts of Hersheypark to enjoy 1-hour early access during the summer public operating season only (May 21 through September 7, 2026). Sweet Start is not available for Bite Size Season Pass Holders, even when entering with Full Size or King Size Pass Holder.
