While our goal is to have all seasonally available attractions open during scheduled operating hours, weather conditions like rain, lightning, wind, snow, and certain temperatures can cause attractions to close. Hersheypark^® typically remains open during inclement weather conditions and offers a variety of indoor activities, including entertainment shows, dining options, shopping, game arcades, exhibits at ZooAmerica^®, as well as rides under cover while you wait for the weather to clear. Hersheypark makes every effort to reopen the rides and attractions affected by inclement weather as quickly and safely as possible. In the event the inclement weather conditions cause the majority of seasonally available major rides and attractions to close for a continuous 60 minutes on a public operating day, a Return Visit Voucher may be issued for a return visit during the current operating season. Please present your ticket stub or receipt of purchase to any Guest Services location to receive your Return Visit Voucher (note, not valid for private events). Select rides are weather-dependent and may only open when the temperature reaches a certain degree threshold and rises consistently per manufacturer guidelines. Similarly, select rides may close for guest safety during operating hours if the temperature drops below a certain degree threshold. Please see the list of available rides and sort by season under Seasonal Availability. The following rides may be CLOSED if the temperature reaches 34 degrees or lower: Candymonium; Ferris Wheel; Jolly Rancher Remix; Kissing Tower; Mix'd Flavored By Jolly Rancher; Monorail; Wild Mouse and Wildcat's Revenge. The following rides may be CLOSED if the temperature reaches 41 degrees or lower: Fahrenheit; Great Bear; Hershey Triple Tower; Lightning Racer; Skyrush; and Storm Runner. It may not be possible to identify which rides will be closed at specific times due to varying degrees of effects from inclement weather. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep guests safe!

Yes, Hersheypark Christmas Candylane is included for all 2025 Season Pass types. In fact, both 2025 and 2026 Season Pass types will be honored January 1-4, 2026.

Santa will be available during all hours of operation from November 14 through December 24, and his reindeer will be here from November 14 through January 4, 2026. Guests can get their photo with Santa through December 24, enjoy an interactive experience with his elves and see all nine of his live reindeer at the themed Mary N. Bright Airfield in Fahrenheit Catering.

No, the All-Day Drink Deal is valid for free refills of fountain drinks and Slush on the day of purchase. It does not include hot chocolate or coffee. The Season Pass Hot Beverage program is available for 2025 King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders. Full Size and Bite Size Season Pass Holders are not able to participate in the Season Pass Hot Beverage program. 2025 King Size and Giant Size Season Pass Holders will need to present their Season Pass (no cup needed) to receive their “refill” in the form of a 16-oz. paper cup.

Hershey Sweet Lights is a separately ticketed drive-through light experience located outside of Hersheypark. Guests can enjoy more than 500 illuminated, animated light displays along two miles of fields and wooded trails from the comfort of their car. One ticket is needed per car. The price varies depending on the day you plan to visit - please buy online for significant savings. Prices range depending on the date you select and the type of vehicle. Single cars (seats up to 8 people) range from $29.99 to $42.99. Vans (seats 9-15 people) are $59.15. Please visit Hersheypark.com and select the date you wish to visit to see ticket pricing. We encourage guests to buy online and in advance of their visit, as same-day ticket sales end each night at 5 p.m. Tickets for a standard car are available at the gate after 5 p.m. for $54.15.
