Welcome to Balloon Flite! Guests of the MINIATURES, KISSES, REESE’S, and HERSHEY BAR height categories may ride. Hand-held infants are not permitted.
Please walk to a balloon. Each vehicle holds up to four (4) riders, two (2) riders per bench. Once seated, please buckle your seat belt. During the ride, please stay seated with your arms and legs inside the balloon. Please do not rock the balloon. Thank you, and enjoy your flight!

Welcome Back! We Hope you enjoyed your Flite! Please wait until the ride comes to a complete stop. Once it has, unbuckle your seatbelt, walk to the exit, and have a great rest of your stay here, at HERSHEYPARK!

LOADING AND UNLOADING INSTRUCTIONS

Welcome to Bayside Pier! Guests must be a HERSHEY BAR, TWIZZLER, and JOLLY RANCHER height category to participate at the Bayside Pier. MINIATURES, KISSES, and REESE’S may also participate but must be accompanied by a responsible participant who can swim. Guests of the MINIATURES height category must wear a life vest at all time while in the water of Bayside Pier. Please enter and exit the Bayside Pier from the shallow end only.

Proper swimwear is required. Swimwear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation is not permitted. Please refrain from horseplay including but not limited to: diving, running, jumping, and excessive breath holding. If you choose to participate in the slide, please refrain from headfirst sliding.

Children should not be left unsupervised.

LOADING AND UNLOADING INSTRUCTIONS

Welcome to Breakers Edge Water Coaster! Please leave all loose articles with a non-rider. Guests must be a HERSHEY BAR, TWIZZLER, or JOLLY RANCHER height category to ride. REESE’S may also ride but must be accompanied by a responsible companion. Four riders are permitted per raft.

The combined weight of riders may not exceed 700 pounds per raft. A group scale is in use at the loading platform to ensure your safety. To ensure proper weight distribution, riding positions within the raft may be assigned. Single riders will be paired with another group.

Throughout the ride, riders will experience strong acceleration and deceleration from the front, rear, and all sides, as well as speed changes and unexpected forces. While the ride is in motion, remain seated and hold on to the raft handles at all times.

Proper swimwear is required. Swimwear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation is not permitted.

Once the gates have opened, please fill each row with no more than four (4) riders. All loose articles must be left in the bag drop area, including cell phones, hats, and glasses. Loose articles will not be permitted on the ride.

Once you are seated, please fasten your seatbelt and pull back on your lap restraint. An attendant will be by to check your restraint. For those of you waiting in line, please stand behind the yellow line as the gates will be closing.

While the ride is in motion, please remain seated, keeping your arms and legs inside the car at all times. Hold onto the grab handles at all times and keep your head firmly against the headrest. Strict adherence to the rules is required. Thank you, and enjoy your ride on Candymonium!

UNLOADING:

For your safety, please remain seated facing forward or standing in one place throughout the entire ride. Only one rider per horse. Adults are reminded to keep an arm around small children and to stand towards the inside of the horse. Thank you, and enjoy your ride on the Carrousel!

UNLOADING:
Please remain on the ride platform until the ride comes to a complete stop. Once it has, you may make your way to the labeled exit gates located at the perimeter of the ride area. Please leave all loose articles with a non-rider. As you approach the bottom of the steps, be prepared to tell the attendant how many are in your group. Each boat holds up to five (5) riders - two (2) in the front and three (3) in the back.

For your safety, remain seated at all times, keep your hands out of the water, and hold on to the side grab bars. Do not splash or rock the boat! Hold onto hats and glasses. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. Swimsuits are not permitted. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your ride on Coal Cracker!

UNLOADING:
Please remain seated until instructed by the attendant. Watch your step as you exit the boat and up the stairs. Thank you for riding Coal Cracker, and enjoy the rest of your stay here at HERSHEYPARK!

Welcome to the Coastline Plunge! Please leave all loose articles with a non-rider. To ride the Vortex or Whirlwind slides guests must be of the HERSHEY BAR, TWIZZLER, or JOLLY RANCHER height categories. To ride the Hydro, Pipeline, Riptide or Surge slides, guests must be of the HERSHEY BAR, TWIZZLER, or JOLLY RANCHER height categories. REESE’S may also ride the Hydro, Pipeline, Riptide or Surge slides but must be accompanied by a responsible participant who can swim. Sorry, no hand held infants. Footwear is not permitted on this attraction.

The Hydro, Pipeline, Riptide and Vortex slides require a pink single innertube or a blue double innertube. The Surge and Whirlwind slides require a green whirlywheel innertube, which can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests per tube.

Platform
Welcome to the Coastline Plunge! Before you ride please remember to adhere to the following guidelines. The Hydro, Pipeline, Riptide and Vortex slides require a pink single innertube or blue double innertube. The Surge and Whirlwind slides require a green whirlywheel innertube, which can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests per tube. During your ride you must remain in an upright position and hold onto the handles of the innertube at all times.

The maximum weight of a rider in a pink single innertube must not exceed 250 pounds. The combined weight of the riders in a blue double innertube or green whirlywheel innertube must not exceed 400 pounds.

UNLOADING:
Welcome back! Please remain seated and keep your arms and legs inside the ride vehicle until it stops in the station. An attendant will be by to release your restraint. Once you are seated, please buckle your seatbelt and then push forward and pull back on the lap bar. During the ride, please sit upright and hold onto your grab bar. We ask our smaller riders to keep their head centered firmly against the backrest and to hold onto the lap bar. Please remain seated and keep your arms and legs inside the car at all times. Thank you, and enjoy your ride!

UNLOADING:
Welcome back! Please remain seated and keep your arms and legs inside the ride vehicle until it comes to a complete stop in the station. Push down and pull up on your restraint, unbuckle your seatbelt, and exit to your right all the way up the ramp. Thank you for riding the Comet, and enjoy the rest of your stay here at HERSHEYPARK!

Please walk to a truck. Each truck can hold four riders: two in the front and two in the back. If you are taller than a HERSHEY BAR, please ride in the back of the truck and buckle your seat belt.
If you are riding in the front of the truck, carefully close the truck door. During the ride, please stay seated with your arms and legs inside the truck. Thank you, and have fun!

UNLOADING:
Please wait until the ride comes to a complete stop. Once it has walk to the exit and have a great stay at HERSHEYPARK.

Please walk to a cup. Each cup can hold up to four riders. Once seated, an attendant will walk around and shut the door of your cup. During the ride, please stay seated with your arms and legs inside the cup. Hold on to the wheel in the middle of the cup and turn it to make it spin! Thank you, and have fun!

Welcome to East Coast Waterworks! Guests must be a REESE’S, HERSHEY BAR, TWIZZLER or JOLLY RANCHER height category to enjoy the East Coast Waterworks and its features. MINIATURES and KISSES may also participate but must be accompanied by a responsible participant. Sorry, no hand held infants.

In addition, guests who are a REESE’S, HERSHEY BAR, TWIZZLER or JOLLY RANCHER height category may ride any slide on the structure. KISSES may ride the red dual straight slide and the red small spiral slide.

Proper swimwear is required. Swimwear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation is not permitted. Please refrain from horseplay including but not limited to: diving, running, jumping, and excessive breath holding. If you choose to participate on any of the slides, please refrain from headfirst sliding.

Once you are seated, pull down on your restraint and fasten the belt below your seat to the restraint. An attendant will be by to check your restraint. For those of you waiting in line, please stand behind the yellow line as the gates will be closing.

While the ride is in motion, please remain seated, keeping your arms and legs inside the car at all times. Hold onto the grab handles at all times, and keep your head firmly against the headrest. You will be reaching speeds of approximately 58 miles per hour. Strict adherence to the rules is required. Thank you for your cooperation, and enjoy your ride on Fahrenheit!

UNLOADING:
Welcome back! To release your restraint, first unfasten your seatbelt by squeezing the gold clips. You may then lift your restraint and exit to the left. When disembarking from your seat, please do not place your hands on the seat in front of you. Thank you for riding Fahrenheit and enjoy the rest of your stay at HERSHEYPARK!

Once the attendant has opened the gate, please walk to a car; do not run. Once you are seated, please lower the restraint. Traffic moves in a one-way direction, and head-on collisions are not permitted.

To make the car go, press down on the foot pedal on the floor. While the ride is in motion, please remain seated keeping your arms and legs inside the car at all times. Thank you, and enjoy your ride on Fender Bender!

UNLOADING:
Please remain seated with your restraint lowered until all of the cars come to a complete stop. Once they have, you may raise your restraint and walk to the exit. Thank you for riding Fender Bender, and enjoy the rest of your stay here at HERSHEYPARK!

Please leave all loose articles with a non-rider. Be prepared to tell the operator how many people are in your group. Each ride vehicle can hold six (6) to eight (8) riders. Single riders are not permitted.

While the ride is in motion, please remain seated, keeping your arms and legs inside the ride vehicle at all times; do not rock your car. As a reminder, the ride will stop periodically to load and unload other riders. When instructed to do so Pirplease exit from the opposite side from which you have entered. UNLOADING:
Once the ride has come to a complete stop, an attendant will advise you to open the cabin door inward towards you. Please watch your step while exiting the cabin and thank you for riding the Ferris Wheel, and enjoy the rest of your stay here at HERSHEYPARK!

UNLOADING:

Welcome to Great Bear! Guests must be a TWIZZLERS or JOLLY RANCHER height category to ride.

Once the gates have opened, please move across the row to the farthest seat, filling each row with no more than four (4) riders. Place all loose articles in the bag drop area, including cell phones, hats, glasses, and loose-fitting shoes. For those of you waiting in line please stand behind the yellow line, the gates will be closing.

Once you are seated, pull down on your restraint and fasten the belt below your seat to the restraint. While the ride is in motion, please remain seated and hold onto the grab handles and keep your head firmly against the backrest. You will be reaching speeds of 58 miles per hour so please hold on to all hats and glasses. “Watch the park as your rolling by, Hang on tight as you fly through the sky.” Thank you for your cooperation, and enjoy your 124 foot drop!

UNLOADING:
Welcome back! To release your shoulder restraint, unfasten the belt from the restraint by pulling up on the buckle. You may then push up to release the shoulder restraint. Exit to your right and proceed all the way down the ramp. Thank you for riding the Great Bear, and enjoy the rest of your Day here at HERSHEYPARK!

Please walk to a helicopter. Each helicopter can hold up to two riders. Once seated, please buckle your seat belt. During the ride, please stay seated with your arms and legs inside the helicopter. Pull back on the silver bar to go up in the air; push forward to go down. Thank you, and have fun!

MINIATURES, KISSES, and REESE’S may also participate but must be accompanied by a responsible participant who can swim. Sorry, no hand held infants. Guests of the MINIATURES height category must wear a life vest at all times while in the water of The Intercoastal Waterway. The waters are up to 2 ½ feet deep.

Please remain seated and centered in your tube and hold on to the handles at all times. Do not rock, stop, or slow the tube throughout the ride. Do not attempt to swim against the current. Once you reach the end of the ride, please exit carefully and enter and exit from designated areas only.

Proper swimwear is required. Swimwear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation is not permitted. Please refrain from horseplay including but not limited to: diving, running, jumping, and excessive breath holding.

KISSING TOWER RIDE SCRIPT

The Kissing Tower stands 330 feet high from its base to the flag pole. Today our cabin will climb 250 feet into the air, making three rotations during the ride. Take in the views of Hershey, Pennsylvania, and listen to the story of how it came to be! Our founder, Milton S. Hershey, opened his chocolate factory in the middle of Derry Township in 1905. He choose this location due to the convenient access to fresh milk from local farms. Today, his factory town is known as Hershey, “The Sweetest Place on Earth!” With Milton Hershey’s support, houses, businesses, and entertainment came into existence creating the town we know today. Let’s take a closer look at some of the attractions inspired by our founder.

HERSHEYPARK was originally created as leisure grounds for the employees of Hershey’s chocolate factory. Today our family theme park has more than 70 attractions, including 15 coasters! “Take a Flavor Ride” on our newly-reimagined coaster, Jolly Rancher Remix, and experience six inversions, sweet tunes, and a tunnel blasting with your favorite Jolly Rancher flavors. Then, enjoy our newest family ride - Mix’d, Flavored by Jolly Rancher - a visual riddle that shifts into gear and mixes in lifts, drops, and new views while dodging the other riders.

Below us you’ll see ZooAmerica, a year-round 11-acre walk-though zoo, home to more than 200 animals from five regions of North America. The Zoo began when Milton Hershey received prairie dogs as a gift. Entry is included in your one-price admission when you enter through the bridge connecting HERSHEYPARK and ZooAmerica.

Beyond the Park is the Hershey Gardens, home to the Milton and Katherine Hershey Conservatory. Visit today and flutter along with hundreds of tropical butterflies at the butterfly atrium, open year-round. You will also notice some of the signature Hershey icons, including the Hershey smoke stacks, the Hershey Cocoa bushes (located at the sight of the original chocolate factory), and Hershey’s Kisses-shaped street lamps throughout the town of Hershey. Across the street is the historic Hershey Theatre. The Theatre was a part of Mr. Hershey’s great building campaign to provide jobs during the Great Depression. He commissioned the construction of several grand structures, including HERSHEYPARK Arena, HERSHEYPARK Stadium, and the Hotel Hershey.

Next to the Hotel Hershey is Katherine Hall, part of the Milton Hershey School. MONORAIL RIDE SCRIPT
Hello, and welcome to the HERSHEYPARK Monorail! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the view! For your safety, we ask that you remain seated, keep your head and hands inside the car during the entire ride, and refrain from smoking. Today we will travel 10 miles-an-hour offering you panoramic views of HERSHEYPARK.

To your right, you’ll see some of our thrilling coasters in The Hollow, including our oldest wooden coaster, Comet. The Hollow is also home to our first looping steel coaster, sooperdooperLooper, and Skyrush - a guest favorite. If you listen closely, you may hear the roar of Great Bear. The sound of this inverted coaster is created by the unique track structure indicative of this type of roller coaster.

We’re now entering Kissing Tower Hill perched atop the highest point in HERSHEYPARK. Here you will find Hershey Triple Tower – the first choose-your-thrill triple tower in the United States. However, the focal point of this area is the 330 foot Kissing Tower. The cabin windows are shaped like our world-renowned Hershey’s Kisses, first manufactured here in 1907.

Please place all loose articles in the bag drop area, including cell phones, hats, glasses, and loose-fitting footwear. Please walk to a swing; do not run. Once seated, please fasten the seatbelt below your legs to the silver bar in front of you. An attendant will be around to check your restraint.

While the ride is in motion, please remain seated and hold on to your restraint. Do not unbuckle your seatbelt. Do not hold onto other swings, kick other swings, or twist your chains. Thank you, and enjoy your ride on Wave Swinger!

UNLOADING:
Welcome back! Please remain seated until the ride has come to a full and complete stop. Once it has, please exit through one of the two gates located at the perimeter of the ride area. Thank you for riding Wave Swinger, and enjoy the rest of your stay at HERSHEYPARK!

LOADING AND UNLOADING INSTRUCTIONS

Welcome to Whitecap Racer! Please leave all loose articles with a non-rider. Guests must be a REESE’S, HERSHEY BAR, TWIZZLER, or JOLLY RANCHER height category to ride. The weight of a rider may not exceed 300 pounds.

One rider is permitted per mat. A rider must be able to lay on their stomach, and ride head first. At the entrance of the slide, riders must wait for the start signal. Do not attempt to run towards the start position, nor jump humps throughout the ride. Throughout the ride, riders will experience strong acceleration and deceleration from the front, rear, and all sides, as well as speed changes and unexpected forces. While you are in motion, remain in the riding position, hold on to the mat handles, and keep your feet elevated at all times.

Proper swimwear is required. Swimwear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets, or metal ornamentation is not permitted.

At the conclusion of the ride, remain in your lane, and walk straight toward the exit at the end of your lane.

Please leave all loose articles with a non-rider or in the bag drop area. Hold on to hats and if you wear glasses, we advise that you take them off or otherwise secure them for the ride. Each car holds up to four (4) riders. Do not cross the yellow line at the entrance to the platform until you are told to do so. At that time, walk quickly to the car. It will be moving slowly through the station and will not stop. If you are unsure about being able to get on while the car is moving, ask the operator to stop the car so you can board safely. Once you are seated, please lower the lap bar. An attendant will be by to check your lap bar. While the ride is in motion, remain seated and hold onto the grab bar at all times.

UNLOADING:
Welcome back! Once the car returns to the station, your lap bar will release automatically. Please exit quickly and carefully to the left and proceed toward the exit. Thank you for riding the Wild Mouse, and enjoy the rest of your stay here at HERSHEYPARK!

Loose articles are not permitted on the ride and must be left in the lockers below or with a non rider. For those of you next in line, please stand behind the yellow line as the gates will be closing. Once you are seated, please buckle your seatbelt and pull down on your safety restraint. An attendant will be around to ensure your restraint is closed properly. During your ride, please hold onto a grab handle and remain seated keeping your arms and legs inside the car at all times. UNLOADING:
Welcome back! Please remain seated and keep your arms and legs inside the ride vehicle until it stops in the station. Then push down and pull up on your safety restraint, unbuckle your seatbelt, exit to your right and walk all the way down the stairs.
