HERSHEYPARK receives several hundred charitable donation requests each month. We are pleased to help charitable organizations and wish it were possible to honor all of them since they are all very worthwhile causes. Please know that all requests are given serious consideration. Organizations seeking a donation from HERSHEYPARK should adhere to the following criteria and procedures:

• All requests must be typed on organization, association, company, or school letterhead.
• All requests must be mailed or faxed, preferably not both (no phone or email requests will be accepted).
• Please include date, time, and location of event.
• Please include how the item will be used (silent auction, live auction, raffle, or door prize).
• Please include organization contact person (name, phone number, and address).
• Requests received that do not include the above information will not be processed for consideration.

A customary donation is four one-day park passes. We do not make monetary donations or offer hotel accommodations. Requests should be submitted at least eight (8) weeks prior to the event to:
